By signing up for the Vino Volo Wine Passport Club, you agree that you are authorizing Vino Volo to act as your agent to ship three bottles of wine to you on a monthly or quarterly basis.
For monthly clubs, wines are shipped in the second week of every month. For quarterly clubs, wines are shipped in the second week of March, June, September and December. Each shipment is sent via UPS Ground. After your shipment arrives, please let your wines sit for at least a day before drinking them.
With a Vino Volo Wine Passport Club membership, you choose the club and we do the rest. We will deliver three bottled treasures from the world's best wine regions, such as those found in Argentina, Australia, Chile, France, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, South Africa, Spain, and the United States. These may not be wines we offer in our stores as we often make special selections exclusive to our Wine Passport Club members. You can rest assured that the bottles you receive meet Vino Volo's strict selection standards.
The club works the same way in that we ship bottles to you regularly so you can continually enjoy our wines. However, signing up with a winery means you are limited to wines from that particular label only. Some wineries also use wine clubs to "move product" that is not selling well through other means. In contrast, Vino Volo searches the globe for wines that are truly excellent in their class, often from smaller producers that can be hard to find. A Vino Volo Wine Passport Club membership ensures you are getting the best bottles from wineries around the world.
Each state has its own set of liquor and wine shipping laws. Unfortunately, this means that we may not be able to ship to your state.
We currently ship wines to the following states:
CA, CT, DC, IA, ID, IL, LA, MN, MO, NC, ND, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, TX, VA, VT, WI, WY.
We cannot ship wine to these states at this time:
AZ, AK, AL, AR, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MS, MT, NE, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, UT, WA, WV.
By law, an adult over 21 years of age must sign with valid identification must sign for each shipment to prevent minors from buying or accepting alcohol purchases. UPS will not deliver to adults who are visibly intoxicated at the time of delivery in accordance with federal law. We suggest using your business address as the shipping address for your wines to ensure that someone is present to receive and sign for the shipment. If the shipper returns the wines to Vino Volo after several delivery attempts at the delivery address, you will be responsible for the initial shipping charge. In this instance, you may cancel the shipment and receive a refund for the wine less the shipping charge, or pay for additional shipping to have your package sent out again.
Your credit card is charged each time wine is shipped to you, on the 7th day of the shipping month. By signing up for the Wine Passport Club, you are authorizing Vino Volo to charge your credit card each time a shipment is made.
Vino Volo will be sending you great wines at reasonable prices. Each bottle will reflect our commitment to bringing you the finest wines from our search. You will receive hand-selected bottles that will average $19 per bottle for the Silver-level Passport Club, or $39 per bottle for the Gold-level Passport Club. Tax and shipping are additional costs, with a flat shipping rate of $12 for 3 bottles. Tax will vary by state.
You may change the details of your Wine Passport Club membership at any time by emailing us at wineclub@vinovolo.com. Please allow five business days for the changes to reflect on your account.
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at wineclub@vinovolo.com. Please allow five business days for your cancellation to be processed. If you do not cancel five or more business days before a scheduled shipment, you may receive a final shipment of wine.
Our Wine Associates can help you select wines to be shipped to you or as a gift. Please email us at wineconcierge@vinovolo.com with your contact information and shipping state and we will have a Wine Associate call you to assist with your wine selection and purchase of your shipment.
