Vino Volo's staff hand-selects the wines featured on the menu, creating themed tasting flights of two or three glasses, including a "Sommelier Series" showcasing two extraordinary wines. Every location offers elegant small plates and entrees such as locally-produced artisan cheeses, dry-cured meats, and the signature dish of smoked salmon & crabmeat crostini. All dishes are available for guests to enjoy in the lounge or to carry with them onto their flight.

In addition, Vino Volo offers a Wine Club for enthusiasts who delight in specially selected hard-to-find wines to arrive in their homes monthly or quarterly. Vino Volo owns and operates all of its stores, with no current plans to franchise.
Vino Volo's management team has over five decades of combined experience in launching new ventures and operating premier multi-unit retail concepts, including full-service restaurants with a focus on wine, and high-volume retail concepts operating in challenging non-traditional environments. Standing behind the Vino Volo team is a group of highly-credentialed investors and advisors with over a century of combined experience in retail, hospitality and wine that include the founder of Ravenswood Winery, the founder & CEO of Perrier North America, the founder of Scharffen Berger Chocolate Maker, and the former CEO of Jamba Juice, among others. Each member of this group sits on a formal Advisory Board that actively consults Vino Volo on its development and execution. "Taste, Inc.
